BLACK AND WHITE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY THROUGHOUT YORKSHIRE AND BEYOND.
If you have seen some of my previous posts or any of my photos, you will have noticed that I love black and white wedding photography. I do colour as well, not all scenes are suitable for duotone, but black and white is my first love.
When I get to a church or other wedding venue, with big windows admitting plenty of good light, casting shadows and lines, I actually see in black and white.
The photograph below was taken at United Reformed Church in Saltaire, where the pews cast shadows from the windows, generating a sequence of light and shade, with the last object lit the bride.
Black and white conveys best what I want to say. Enjoy the photo!
